We provide Industrial Solutions focused on building market-leading industrial platforms alongside our investment partners.
We look to make control and non-control investments in niche industrial companies that we feel passionate about owning. We seek businesses valued up to $500 million.
Our focus will be within those segments in which we have meaningful transaction and operating experience. Those segments would include automation products and services, test & inspection, measurement and control products, building controls and solutions, industrial distribution, precision machining, HVAC products and service, Tier II aerospace components and safety products.
Target companies will be U.S. or Western Europe–based businesses, often with global commercial and operational reach. We will prioritize asset-light models, fragmented markets, diversified customer bases, and clear opportunities for operational improvement and valuation arbitrage.
Our goal is to collaborate with investment partners on larger transactions that are consistent with Culper’s mission, values and overall strategy for investing. Culper’s focus is to provide resources in order to create new growth opportunities, rather than financial engineering, to produce superior returns for all stakeholders.
