Kevin M. Wilson

Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kevin M. Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Culper Capital Partners. Mr. Wilson also serves as a Board Member for The Producto Group, which includes Innova Engineered Plastics and Ring Precision. In line with Culper Capital’s “Extension of Management” Strategy for its portfolio companies, Mr. Wilson’s focus is on adding value by providing resources, direction and advice in the Legal, HR, Insurance and CRM workstreams. In addition, Kevin is responsible for driving deal flow at Culper, leading the origination of new platform opportunities and executing add-on M&A for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Culper, Kevin had a 20 year career in the Capital Markets at European Investment Banks as a trader. His career includes positions with Credit Suisse, Commerzbank, and Credit Agricole, culminating in his most recent role as a Director at BNP Paribas.

Kevin received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena University and earned his MBA in Finance and Business Economics, with specializations in Investment Management and International Finance, from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Kevin was accredited as a Certified Market Technician (CMT) and also completed the Corporate Treasury Professional Program from Rice University.

When he is not spending time with his wife and three children, Kevin devotes much of his free time to volunteering in his community. He serves as a member of Norwood’s Recreation Committee, Norwood Baseball & Softball Board, the Northern Valley Knights Travel Baseball Board… in addition to coaching baseball, softball & football.
